Tell your story Nooun – Offline workshop:

We conducted workshops in Cairo and Alexandria, with an average attendance of 25 women. These workshops covered specific material and consisted of a lecture followed by support groups. Our aim is to help women gain insights into mental health topics, understand themselves better, recognize their unmet psychological needs, and learn effective ways to fulfill those needs.

One crucial aspect emphasized by Tell Your Story Nooun is the provision of support groups after each lecture. This ensures that every woman has a safe space to share thoughts, feelings, fears, or challenges.  It also fosters an environment of love and care, helping women understand that they are not alone and that others share similar experiences.  This approach encourages mutual support and empathy without judgment or unsolicited advice.

Various topics were addressed during the “Tell Your Story Nooun” sessions, including emotional intelligence, thoughts and feelings, real value, self-image thinking, and the power of now.
